The brief: A tender to a major retail client for a multimillion pound contract

Our approach: Whilst tender documents can often be relatively dry, and by their nature complex and heavy on detail – at some point that tender/pitch will become a face to face meeting. Our goal is to pull the key facts from the tender document and allow the presenter, in this instance the Chief Executive, to engage his audience without the burden of a vast amount of slides.
The solution: The final presentation whilst around 40 slides in all, allowed the Chief Executive to present his tender in a concise way – with the key messages told and reinforced throughout the presentation
